Garden fans have been making their way through Zurich’s highlights to Dürnten since 1 March: the new Meier garden centre offers an exclusive range of everything to do with the garden.”

Following five years of planning, two years of building and two months for the move, the Meier garden centre opened its doors at its new location in Dürnten on 1 March 2011 – just three kilometres away from its former site in Tann-Rüti. The project is the result of a close collaboration with international garden centre experts. “It makes sense to modernise the garden centre to ensure our success on the market in future too. Our vision is a contemporary range of products and services, presented attractively for customers, combined with the environmentally-friendly and efficient cultivation of plants,” explains the son Erwin Meier-Honegger.”
